- All sales of renovated electronic devices from Groupe Nixtech Inc. are considered final. No returns or refunds will be accepted unless the device is found to be defective within the warranty period.
- Each renovated device sold by Groupe Nixtech Inc. comes with a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for a period specified at the time of purchase. Warranty terms and duration may vary depending on the device.
- If a defect covered by the warranty is identified, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will evaluate the device and, if the claim is valid, attempt to repair or replace the device at no additional cost to you, subject to availability of parts and labor.
- The warranty does not cover damages or malfunctions resulting from misuse, abuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, or any other cause beyond the intended use of the device. Groupe Nixtech Inc. reserves the right to deny warranty claims if the device has been subject to user fault.
- In cases where the device is not covered by the warranty or the damage is deemed to be caused by user fault, Groupe Nixtech Inc. may offer to repair the device at an additional cost for parts and labor. You will be provided with a repair estimate before any work is performed.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the device for warranty claims for repairs.
