- Customers are responsible for properly packaging their devices to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging or a sturdy box with adequate cushioning material. Groupe Nixtech Inc. is not liable for any damage caused by improper packaging.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including the cost of shipping the device to our service center and the return shipping cost after the repair is completed.
- Once the repair is complete, we will carefully package and ship the repaired device back to the customer's provided shipping address using a trackable shipping method.
- We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance to protect against loss, theft, or damage during transit. Groupe Nixtech Inc. is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping.
- Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and the customer's location. While we aim to process and return repaired devices promptly, we cannot guarantee specific delivery timeframes.
- If a repaired device remains unclaimed for more than 30 days after notification of repair completion and return shipment, Groupe Nixtech Inc. reserves the right to charge storage fees or dispose of the device at our discretion.
